Never knit before? This workshop is for you! We will guide you through all the essential knitting techniques needed to complete a warm, stylish beanie you’ll love.

What You’ll Learn:

Session 1: Learn a beginner-friendly cast-on technique, the knit stitch, and how to turn your work. Between classes, you’ll practice at home and complete most of your beanie.

Session 2: Wrap up your project by finishing the knitting, binding off, sewing your beanie together, and weaving in the ends. About the Teacher: Cecilia Ostberg brings a global perspective to her art and teaching. Growing up on the south coast of Sweden, she now flourishes in sunny Southern California, surrounded by her husband, two cats and a Chiweenie. Cecilia is a lifelong creative spirit, always eager to learn new craft techniques. From garment sewing to knitting and jewelry making, her passion lies in handmade creations and artistic exploration. Her travels infuse her work with a unique blend of Scandinavian heritage and Southern California vibes.
