Isla Shawl — Intro to Slip Stitch Colorwork

Welcome spring with a gorgeous triangle scarf you’ll be proud to wear! This 2-hour workshop is the perfect introduction to slip-stitch colorwork. Together, we’ll demystify how to read slip-stitch charts, practice the techniques that create a polished end result, and work through the beginning of your shawl step-by-step.

You’ll leave class confident in all the skills needed to finish the project on your own—with ongoing support through detailed online videos and our interactive Sima Fiber Club community. We’ll also explore simple modifications for customizing the size if you’d like to make your shawl larger.

This workshop is a wonderful stepping-stone toward more advanced slip-stitch colorwork classes coming later this season.
